TKH acted as Healthcare Facility Planner and Owner’s Program Manager on this 155,000 square foot, five story building. The Outpatient Center is located just west of the main St. Luke’s Campus in Chesterfield, Missouri. The facility offers Sports and Wellness, Cardiac Rehab, Non-Invasive Cardiology, Lab and Imaging outpatient services. St. Luke’s Finance, Patient Services and Strategic Planning Departments also occupy this space. Approximately 60,000 square feet of medical office space can be accommodated on the upper floors.
