SSM St. Mary’s Health Center, St. Louis, Missouri recently finalized the acquision of the adjacent Fancisican Sister Convent Property, which nearly doubles the size of their urban campus. In anticipation of this acquisition, St. Mary’s retained TKH to Master Plan a vision for campus growth and replacement of services over the next 20 years.
