Construction of three additional floors of inpatient care space at Presbyterian’s main campus in downtown Albuquerque.  The addition provided 100 new beds for Obstetrics, Pediatrics and Cardiology Services, as well as three Specialty Units as a part of the components of this project.  The Specialty Units consisted of a 50 bassinet NICU, 12 bed PICU and 20 bed CVICU.  Substantial seismic retrofit of the existing building occurred in preparation for the additional floors. TKH provided programming and schematic planning services.
