TKH was engaged by Phelps County Regional Medical Center (PCRMC) to provide a feasibility analysis of the market to determine the size of an enlarged Cancer Center.  Studies were undertaken to determine whether the existing department could be expanded in place or whether a new location for the Cancer Center should be selected.

Once programming and plan options were completed, PCRMC determined that a freestanding option was the best option. A construction architect was then selected.
