TKH worked with OSF – Saint Joseph Medical Center on a Facility Evaluation and Master Plan for their 122 bed facility. The outcome of the Master Plan was to determine where capital dollars were to be allocated in the future as part of a multi-year facility improvement plan. Departments of primary focus included imaging, sterile processing, lab, and inpatient unit upgrades with the goal of creating an ‘all-private’ inpatient facility. The total estimated cost of all projects over 5 fiscal years was $28.9 million.
