TKH was engaged by OSF – Saint Francis Medical Center to conduct a Facility Evaluation and Master Plan.  OSF – Saint Francis Medical Center is a 731 bed (536 operational) facility and a regional tertiary care hospital.

The outcome of the Master Plan was two fold:  first to create a roadmap for capitol dollar spending from the opening of the Milestone Project to the complete fit-out; and second to establish a vision for the next phase of construction on the campus including improvements to campus circulation and future beds towers.  Departments of primary focus included adult inpatient beds, imaging, support services and outpatient services.
