TKH was engaged to develop a functional space program and schematic concept plan for a 70,000 sf, 36-bed orthopedic institute in Fort Smith Arkansas.  The institute will be connected to an 8 OR surgical suite, will perform primarily total joint replacement procedures for patients and will include an outpatient ortho rehab component for post-surgical recovery.
