TKH was commissioned by Mercy to provide programming, planning and schematic design services for a single story, 53,000 BGSF Multi-Specialty Clinic located in Bolivar, Missouri.  Project goals included creating a flexible chassis for specialty clinics and procedure / treatment related services to serve the Bolivar Community.  The proposed building solution was required to allow for future expansion / additions without necessitating modifications to building entries and drop-off canopies. 

Primary components or services to be provided include Primary Care & Specialty Clinics, Urgent Care, Imaging, Special Procedures Suite, Laboratory Services, Rehabilitation and Oncology Clinic & Infusion services.

Project anticipated to be complete in 2019.
