Steve has gained more than 27 years of experience in the architecture and construction field, concentrating solely on the healthcare industry for the last 20 years. His main project focus in recent years has been master facility planning, diagnostic / treatment-related facilities and inpatient units. Steve also serves as facility program manager at various healthcare facilities.

Steve is a member of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE), American Institute of Architects (AIA) and Missouri Hospital Association (MHA). He earned his Bachelor of Science, Architecture degree from Washington University in St. Louis.

Michael Tchoukaleff

Managing Partner / Healthcare Facility Planner
Michael has gained more than 24 years of experience in a wide range of project types including medical, academic, recreational, children’s facilities, ambulatory and elderly-care facilities. His project involvement centers on planning, operational planning, programming, schematic and design development, with a special interest in pediatrics.

Michael is a member of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE), American Institute of Architects (AIA), and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). He earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kansas State University – Manhattan.

Principal / Healthcare Facility Planner
Paul gained more than 34 years of experience exclusively in the healthcare field focusing on programming, conceptual planning and overall project management of healthcare facility projects. He has provided planning and design services to over 75 healthcare clients in 30 states, mainly on acute-care facility projects.

Paul is a member of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) and NCARB. He earned his Master of Architecture degree from Washington University in St. Louis.

Principal / Design Director
John has focused primarily on the planning and design of healthcare facilities over the last 43 years. During his career, he has served as principal-in-charge, project manager, programmer, planner and designer of hundreds of projects at numerous healthcare and educational facilities with a special interest in pediatric and children’s environments.

John is a member of NCARB and American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE). He earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Kansas – Lawrence.

Principal / Healthcare Facility Planner
Jim has concentrated specifically in healthcare design over the past 21 years. Specific project experience includes new and renovated medical office buildings, new hospital facilities, ambulatory surgery centers, cancer centers, diagnostic imaging centers, GI/Endoscopy centers and laboratory relations, expansions and renovations.

Jim is a member of American Institute of Architects (AIA). He earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Kansas – Lawrence.
